I am a Liver Cancer survivor and i have always felt alone because it unusual to have just Liver Cancer. I had surgery and they took out the left lobe of my liver and i had a small spot on the right side which they were able to take out. I know that i have been very blessed if any one eles has had this same situation please contact me i would love to talk to you . I had the surgery one year ago and i am 52 years old and feel pretty good now.
You just made my day m'am. My grandfather has primary liver cancer in his right lobe he has gotten chemotherapy to shrink it so that they can remove the cancerous lobe. What you had is what my grandfather is getting

my grandmother who is 79 has just been diagnosed with liver cancer . they wanna do chemo but apparently her main artery is blocked and they dont know if theres another way they can do the chemo. i dont have much knowledge about this so im kinda confused
My mother has liver cancer, she is 49. She is on chemo and it seems to be working...every one of herr liver enzymes and CEA is normal. Her CA 19-9 is still high but slowley going down. My mom might loose her good insurance in acouple of months if she does not go back to work so Mt. Zion Medical Center in San Fran. is looking at her as a cadidate for RFA. Her primary Dr. says she is a good cadidate for this and can help alot. It is not a cure but RFA with Chemo and Radiation can put it in remission....so we are told. We are looking on the bright side of things. She is gaining her weight back, she went down to 104 and now is back up to 115, so that is good. We just keep fight the battle with God's help she knows she will beat it. Your experience is comforting for others, Good Luch and Congrats on beating it.
