Tiffany what stage are you referencing? I just lost my father to PC. He was dx 3 months ago with stage IV with mets to liver and bones..he passed 3 weeks ago.
I can tell you honestly the final stages are very difficult. My dad lost prob about 40 pounds, was jaundice, could not walk. His final weeks he had haullucinations, could not eat much, was pretty quiet,slept alot and his ankles swelled up. His finaly week he stopped eating, could not remember where he was, could not get out of bed nor sit up by himself, threw up bile and slept mostly.
There is a VERY supportive PC board but I cannot type in the name of it, I am sure you can find it if you search via google. It is very supportive and informative...
