this is a question that you need to address to your doctor because there are so many things that factor this lots of people live long lives after having liver cancer just keep in mind that but live each day to it's fullest and TALK WITH YOUR DOCTOR!!!! I have cheated death a few times and lived with cancer most of my adult life and I can tell you that cancer is as individual as the host in has invaded.It attacks and responds differently to each person.The best warrior you have in your battle is your doctor you are paying him for his expertise so get your moneys worth and talk to him.

I don't know, but our daughter has colon cancer with mets to the liver, and we were told 2 weeks ago that her liver is working at 50%. She is now extremely bloated in her belly, and her legs, ankles and feet are twice their normal size. She does not want to know her prognosis, and her husband is extremely controlling, doesn't want to share info with us. What is your loved one's symptoms?
