Pancreatic pain?

Im really worried that my constant pain is Pancreatic.

Can anyone explain where this pain would be?

Ive had this pain for several months now!

My pain is constant dull ache/pain mainly in my right waist area and it sometimes is a sharp pain upper right rib area, also my ribs are sore to the touch.

I keep going back to docs and she says she cant feel anything, am waiting for a scan but that could take weeks!!

So does anyone know where abouts Pancreas pain would be, is Pancreas on left or right? Ive looked on google and some say left side some say right??

Thanks.

Re: Pancreatic pain?

Hi, pancreatic pain is right in the middle of your gut between your breasts. Pancreatic pain is also extremely painful and most people need pain meds for it.
If something was wrong with your pancreas you would have others symptoms too. Vomiting, fever, high white cell count. It could be your gall bladder. Any pain radiating to your back or shoulder? Or it could be a pulled muscle. Keep track of your pain level and if it is unbearable see a doctor right away. Good Luck
