multiple giant liver hemangiomas

I was diagnosed with multiple liver hemangiomas 7 years ago when I was having issues with multiple fibroids on my uterus and IBS symptoms. BTW had a botched hysterectomy and ovaries removed at that time. Never been pregnant and never been on birth control. At that time there were 7 liver masses the largest being 3cm. They were monitored by MRI for over a year with no changes. I was told they were benign and needed no further treatment. Recently while in emergency for a kidney stone they noted my multiple hemangiomas on the CT scan. It showed at least 7 with the largest being 8cm in the left lobe. Not sure of any symptoms due to my IBS and currently the kidney stone. My questions are... Is this a fast growth rate for hemangiomas? Should it be removed? If there are multiples in both lobes of the liver do they only recommend removing the "giant" ones. And is lithotripsy out of the question for removing the 6mm kidney stone stuck in the upper ureter for over 3 months. Any thoughts will be greatly appreciated.
