Prostate and Testicular Pain - Cancer: Prostate Message Board

Hello, I'm 25, and for the past month or so I have been getting a pain that starts in my rectal/prostate area and shoots into my right testicle - and I mean shoots. The pain is immense and debilitating, yet only occurs when I feel like I have to defecate. Once I go to the bathroom, it goes away, but the pain before that is so bad that I cannot even move. Anyone have any thoughts on what this could be/mean?

maybe it could be as simple as a urinary infection. i had terrible pain in my testicles a few months ago and it was an infection. have you seen a doctor yet?

Yes, it is very likely it is a prostate infection. Sounds like your prostate is very inflammed and irritated. I do suggest going to a urologist right away and telling him your symptoms, and at least getting the ball rolling toward healing....
