I use the Osbon ErecAid. Its very high quality and was prescribed by my urologist. Its covered by insurance if prescribed by a physician.
I've had no problems with this item.
Hello, AEG! I, too, have the manual Osbon pump. I was covered by Blue Cross of Alabama at the time and 80% of the cost was covered. The pump is about the only thing that's worked for me, and it's not very satisfactory due to the restriction rings necessary to maintain the erection.
Specialdee - Have you tried penile injections? Once you get over the fear of injecting, it seems to really work. I think I will try the pump, just to get the penis used to blood flow again. I think they call it, penile rehab therapy. What is the difference between the battery operated pump and the manual? Is there a dramatic cost difference?
