declining free psa numbers

Any advice on free psa declining from 20 a year ago to 9 with the total psa currently at 5.3, also micoscopic blood in urine has my urologists ordering cat scan of my kidneys this is the second time that this has happened, however its been intermitten twice in the last four urine samples. Doctor is also ordering a urine samples done at 12:00 three consecutive days in a row anybody have any expierence with this test?
