10 months post-op I have developed climacturia. I have somewhat resolved it by using restriction rings. My doctor can not supply me with any info or possible cure. I can not seem to find much information on the web about it other than it is a real condition after RRP. I am afraid that it will be a lifelong condition for me. I am fully continent otherwise and natural erections are improving each day. Anyone out there know of a cure?
