Bleeding from catheter site after DaVinci

Did everyone else have this issue? Paul had it in the hospital and they said that was normal. Then it stopped but now it is happening again. I am pretty sure it is a normal thing since the inside of the penis gets irritated from the catheter. It makes sense but I just want to make sure other people dealt with this.

Tracey:
Bleeding (clotting really) is normal as long as it isn't a lot. I bled for about a week, and it is normal. Once urine starts trying to bypass the catheter, that will be a sign that the internal swelling is subsiding and the catheter is ready to come out.

Yep, I did, it stopped then started again, then I started leaking urine past my cath just like westslope said. What a pain in the *** all this is. Now I have to sit on a pillow because I'm an appraiser and spend allot of time on my hiney on the computer. It feels like I'm sitting on a tennis ball , the round hemroid inflatables help allot.
