You have provided a detailed technical explanation of climacturia. I think it may be spelled climaxturia. I have reviewed postings on this subject and all have experienced this after RP. I had a TURP laser procedure, I still have my prostrate and I have climaxturia.
My uroligist looked at me like I had three heads when I explained my condition, he had not heard of it. I had to go to Best Doctors Inc at Harvard Medical center for a diagnosis.
My suggested treatment plan was to catherize myself three times a day and before sex. This was difficult to experience an erection after catherization, I am not a young man, but urine was expelled during ejactulation, not as much as before a catherization, but how much urine is too much?
I read the comments received from a doctor saying urine is bacturia free and is only a body fluid! I have contacted the American Urological Association, Johns-Hopkins, and UVA medical school looking for a research program without sucess.
This, in my case, is not erectile dysfunction. I have the erections but mentally cannnot pee on someone.
I am at a loss on where to go from here
