PSA Still Dropping post radiation

I just had my latest PSA post salvage radiation. PSA at start was 1.5. One month into radiation 1.0. End of radiation .47. 3 month post radiation .24. No w 5 months post radiation .20. Tren is good. I was hoping for more but I will not be greedy.

Re: Still Droping

Radiation usually takes 2 years to have its full effect. You can think of it as inserting a time bomb into the cancer cell DNA that only goes off when the cell tries to divide. On top of that, the radiation slows the rate of cancer cell division. The cancer cells are dead -- they just don't know it yet. Your PSA numbers look great -- congratulations!
