Re: Can I get prostate cancer because I masturbated immediately after using the phone
There is absolutely no evidence that cell phones cause any disease.
The part of the brain closest to the antenna was stimulated very slightly in the following research study: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/21343580
In a retrospective analysis, Hardell in Sweden ( http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/21331446 ) found an association between cordless and mobile phone use and astrocytoma (US incidence about 3 in 100,000), but because tumor incidence had been growing even prior to cell phone popularity (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/10223251 ), it is impossible to make the case for a causal connection -- although the media tried!
There is a hint that the stimulation may help with Alzheimers, although that is far from proven: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/20164553
By far, the biggest health danger has to do with cell phone use while driving. The following analysis showed a four-fold increase in crashes due to cell phone use in the US, whether handheld or handsfree: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/16854702
