had 3 cores positive 15%. Can anybody tell me if this is good PSA at this time in treatment period.
Will the PSA go down more, or is this the best it will get, or will it continue
to rise?
Someone told me it should continue down for about 2 years. Is this correct?
Also was told as long as PSA was under 2.5 it was OK. Had a large Prostate
to start with 70. Probably shrunk it to about 55. It was to large for seeds,
and Pelvic was not flat, had to go with IMRT. Any info appreciated. |

I believe that your PSA is on the right level and that it will go down further. Mine took 13 months to get to nadir (the lowest level) from the end of IMRT. Your case is different than mine in both initial PSA (3.80 vz 6.30) and added HT (no HT in my SRT case). I read that guys on IMRT+HT take longer to reach nadir.
Be patient and wait for the next test before drawing any conclusion. Take now the time to care for your bladder cancer problem

.
You will fight the bandit no matter which “face” it dresses.
Wishing you a continuous recovery from IMRT.
