Whats good for energy
Hi folks, I am a 68 yo used to feel good kind of person. I just completed 25 treatments of external radiation therapy getting ready for seed inplantation next month. My question is does radiation sap your energy and if so what can be done/or what can you take to get more energy. I have a host of other health issues but nothing has drained my energy. Of course I have prostate cancer hence radiation therapy.

Exercise will give you energy and help the radiation do its job too. You probably don't feel like doing it, but do it anyway.
