After prostate cancer....is bone marrow cancer common?
Please advise! My better half is three years cancer free from prostate cancer. He opted for surgical removal. He has now "heard", that bone marrow cancer often follows prostate cancer. Has anybody heard this or know if there is any truth to this? Please let us know!

When prostate cancer metastasizes, it often travels to the bones, especially those in the pelvic area (pelvis, spine, femur, etc.). It is unusual for a metastasis to only occur as long as three years after RP. Has his PSA been rising? What is his PSA now? Was he diagnosed with a bone met? Why is this a concern now?
