Blood in my urine and still was so minimal it was almost unnoticeable. However, the blood during masturbation (1st time since biopsy 4 days ago) was shocking to me. Some brief, dull aching after ejaculation, but it certainly is a non-erotic, unsexual experience! Just observing what's happening; hoping it resolves quickly.

The doctor should have told you to expect that. Keep at it -- the more you masturbate, the quicker the dried blood gets out of there.

Thanks for posting. I too had a biospy last week. No blood in urine or stool and relatively minor follow up pain. Did masturbate for the first time today (4 days afterwards) and was shocked at the amount of blood and color. Glad to see it's normal. Kinda worried about relations with the wife due to the ick factor.

I'm one week out from my own biopsy and agree that this part of the entire procedure, at least for me, has been the most unpleasant. After a lifetime of sexual activity, it truly is shocking to find ourselves discharging blood upon ejaculation. Though my wife says she understands, I am finding it difficult to engage sexually until this "passes."
