HappytobeAlive Newbie (male) Join Date: Oct 2012 Posts: 2	Big prostrate, small urethra, big bladder Hello-pc diagnosed in 2008. 3+3. Chose herbal remedies. My bladder never empties completely. It always contains 700ml of urine. I am plagued by frequent UTI's. The urologist claims it is because the bladder is a petri dish, and bacteria have an opportunity to grow.
