Is there solution for incontinence after radiation

Hi All,
This is my first letter it and start with a question.
Hope later I can pass my experience to learn from it.

I passed operation of prostate in 2001 and after it a radiation what finished my good life 3 years after. Is there any thing that can treat and stop this incontinence. Would like to read some experiment that tried and work or tried and not work.
Thank you for each answer.
All the best.

There are two good options: a sling and an artificial sphincter. The newer ones work very well, according to my friends who have them. The operation is minor. Speak to a urologist who has experience in installing them.

I don't know the brand names. All I know is it's a transobturator sling and it is NOT fastened in place with screws. The man with the artificial sphincter said it took a while to work, but he's now very happy with it.
