The last few weeks Ive been experiencing stomach cramps, constipation, and the feeling of incomplete bowel movements. I know these are symptoms but also quite common among other less serious problems.

The stomach cramps and pain seemed to of gotten a lot better. Which I guess is a good sign.

So over the last 2 weeks Ive been checked out twice and pretty much in the same way and was told I'm fine. So Ive done everything the doctors have told me to do with my diet and such. But to no real results.

I'm going to have a rectal examination and x-rays sometime this week.

I haven't been to worried but the last few days Ive noticed that each morning I seem to weigh a pound or two less? Weight lose is another sign of a cancer.

Could the sudden changing of my diet from high fat foods and such to something healthier along with drinking a lot more water be the cause of the sudden weight lose? Or could that be another symptom of a possible cancer? It's just weird because I'm very consistent with my weight and to sudden lose 4 or 5 pounds in a few days seems very strange to me. But Ive been wanting to get off about 10 pounds so if this isn't cancer it's totally cool.

I'd like to add that I'm 18 and have some cancer history in my family but nothing of the colon or rectum and apart from an unhealthy diet I don't fit into most the risk factors I guess.
