What the difference between Hemorrihoid and anal cancer?

when I have frequent bowel movements my anal is irrated and I feel an inflammation, excess skin is also there. Is this common. I looked at pictures and it seem to be hemorrihoid but I dont know.

I had both. When in doubt, have 'em checked out.
