Hi everyone,

After my last colonoscopy, 2 4mm polyps were removed, a large fissure was noted, as well as a 5mm "nodule" in the rectum. The doctor will perform a biopsy, but gave no indication of whether or not this is anything of concern.

Does anyone know what a "nodule" is (compared to a polyp)? Has anyone been told they have a "rectal nodule?"

I'm trying not to freak out. I get the biopsy results in one week.
