you know what? Only you can decide. We are not doctors just fellow patients. If I had something that even remotely gave me the cause of alarm I would def get it checked out. Other folks just do the wait and see. That is fine for them, they are checking. If something that came up, stayed the same, then suddenly changed...I would go a running.
If you were told "naw don't bother", by someone here that would be very very wrong of us. So I say..... when in doubt get it checked out by a professional.
And if it does end up being nothing (or something) at least you will know you did what you should have done.
