Dark pimple/mole on face - Cancer: Skin Message Board

When I woke up this morning, I noticed that this pimple had turn really dark. It did this overnight. I am a lifeguard and out in the sun everday for like 12 hours a day. I do not wear sunscreen, but i have never really burned. I was wondering if this pimple is turning into a mole, or is this normal. It had never happened to me before. Should I go get this checked out? I am kinda worried about it. Could it be the beginnings of skin cancer? Thaks for the help.

Run, don't walk to a GOOD Doctor in Skin Cancer and get this checked out.

You could lose LESS tissue and face if you get it early and it is really something. The longer you wait....and it is cancer.....the more of your face they will have to cut out to get it all.

I hope I have scared you into running to the doctor.
