Update on biopsy for anyone interested.
Whew!! The itchy one was a keritosis. I kind of wondered if it could be, but I'm no expert and just wanted it gone! The other one that was new but didn't really bother me in any other way was benign.

Thanks everyone for answering my rather obtuse and paranoid questions during my wait time.
