Husband has small red spots on arms. - Cancer: Skin Message Board

These spots are small, about half the size of a dime, if that. They are red and a little flaky. There are about 3 of them. He noticed to first one about a year ago. It never got any bigger or bothered him. Now there is a new one that he noticed last week. He does a LOT of work outside and is very easy to tan darkly. He is a weird one about going to the doctor. Any ideas? TIA

I just remembered one more thing. He gets a spot on his nose that seems to go away in the colder months, but, comes back in the summer.

He needs to go to a derm and more than likely they will "freeze" (cyro) them. My husband gets them too! Pronto will be good. Later might invade and need more surgical procedure done to it. So tell him, the easiest way is freezing them off now with the nitrogen than with a blade. Probably early basal cells or AK or could possibly be squamous cell. So TELL HIM TO GOOOOO!
