Husband Do Nothing - possible skin cancer

My husband fair skin and had red hair. He has a mole on his back that has grown to the size of a quarter and is bumpy. It also is not symetrical. Very dark. I have begged him to see doctor now for 2 years. He refuses. I think it is larger and bumps grew this last year. He says if he don't go then nothing is wrong. Docs just try to find something. Sounds uneducated right. I don't know what to do. I have told the children (grown) because I just know it is cancer and I hoped they could get him to go. He refuses. I made a derm appt and he canceled it. Got mad when I mentioned it to his dad. I did not want him to develop cancer and his family think I did nothing to help. What do I do. What should I expect? I have lost so many of my family to cancer. I do not want this again or for my children. I want our future grandchildren to have their grandfather.

Re: Husband Do Nothing - possible skin cancer

Get him to write his "will", take out extra life insurance. If that does not get his attention, you will need to prepare yourself and children for the worst.

Ask him if he has his life in order and ready to meet his Maker? If not, suggest he get busy to prepare himself for the best or worst after life.

There is no reason worthy of his taking a chance on his life.

The mole needs to be taken care of NOW.
