Perfect bright red ring around my mole...
 

Hi,
Ive just noticed the skin coloured mole on my head has got a bright red ring around it, its not fading out to pink its just a bright red ring, and perfectly surrounding the mole. Any suggestion on what this could be do you think possibly a skin cancer?

usually a red ring around a mole is not indicative of any serious disease (melanoma) if it is irritating you you might want to get it checked out. However, as long as the mole itself is not worrying you, the red ring shouldn't either
