Scar healing after MOHS question

I had MOHS by fellowship doctor 2 weeks ago to remove basal cell cancer. Removal incision was along left side of nose along the natural seam there. After 1 week nurse said looks good stitches dissolved keep bandage on 1 more week, keep Vaseline on it and after one month massage. I removed the bandage at 2 weeks lot of bumps on it but the main concern for now is in the middle there is like 1mm deep sort of fissure running vertical next to the nose. Will that fill in over time or will I need more work?

Re: Scar healing after MOHS question

Hey George,
You are in your 5th week post-surgery with no answer to your question, so how's it going by now? I mean, that vertical fissure: does it seem to be filling in? I had a sq-cell lesion removed by MOHS a few years back at the side of the bridge of my nose; they rotated a flap to close the wound, and it was looking pretty good after 6 weeks.
