Help What is this

I was diagnosed with SSM superficial spreading melanoma on my right shoulder in June 2012 and dermatologist removed and said believes he got it all and I have to follow up every 6 months. Well a few weeks ago I suddenly noticed that my right big toenail was partially black. It doesn't hurt and never has I was curious and searched online was could cause a black spot under toenail and discovered nail bed melanoma it now has me curious
