But, I can tell you that it is indeed possible for a young adults to develop abdominal cancer. My son was diagnosed at 17 years old with a rare and aggressive abdominal sarcoma called Desmoplastic small round cell tumor. It predominately strikes boys and young adults and presents as multiple masses within the abdominal cavity. Generally the disease is asymptomatic until the late stages.
I doubt that you have this disease, but I wanted you to know that it is possible for young adults to have cancer. You should not dismiss your symptoms, but have a thorough physical examination to rule out cancer.
