I'm glad to hear that about the clots - that they are not metastises.
Today the oncologist gave us a very poor prognosis for my father-in-law. He will not likely see 2009. He is however free of those clots which had been so painful. Blood thinner did the trick.
He has elected to try chemotherapy to extend life and will reassess if that is too debilitating.
Yes, it is a very big worry, one thing after another...
