Causing stomach cancer?

I've been doing some research and I found out that Red Meat, Salty foods, oily foods, and preserved foods can cause stomach cancer.
Anybody know how long it will take eating these to actually cause the cancer to grow?
What's left to eat? Vegetables and fruits?
Would having a fast metabolism help combat this or make things worse?

Re: Causing stomach cancer?

what i would say on this is just eat everything in moderation..i think eating some red meat, salty food, greasy food will probably not cause stomach cancer..but a continuous diet of these foods could eventually cause problems..and definitely eat fruits and vegs...
