I'm a 44 y.o. male and have been experiencing mild stomach pains for about a month or two, now.
I've lost some weight, but I attribute this to working out daily, running about 2-3 miles with weight lifting. I'm also very conscious about my caloric intake, so naturally i believe I lost the weight this way, though that wasn't really my goal.
Anyway, I've seen my primary doc, did blood work, stool analysis, urine, and an ultrasound. Everything is either negative or normal, but I still experience the shooting pains daily. They last about 3 seconds when I feel them and they occur at anytime of day.
I did, up until 2 weeks ago, take a lot of Ibuprofen, mostly because I drink daily, to help curb a morning headache.
tomorrow, I go for an endoscopy and it's the only thing I can mentally focus on these last few days. It's completely consuming me to the point where I think of cancer and how my two young kids and wife would do live their lives without me. they need me and I need them.
Tomorrow is a big day for me, but in the interim, do these symptoms sound like stomach cancer to anyone?
