Hi, if you had an ultrasound and it came out normal, that generally puts you on the safe side of things. Anyway, maybee you are feeling the "epididymis" , that is a small tube in your testicle that can sometimes swell and produce Epididymitis, which could need treatment. Anyway, if this persists maybe you should see a Urologist, that has more experience than a GP in these conditions. I had similar pain as you with normal ultrasound and the Urologist diagnosed Epididymitis and prescribed some pain killers. It went away after a week or so. I don't think that masturbation has any effect on this. Take care!!
