testicular cancer v. some other type of infection

does testicular cancer usually cause an annoying, almost mild needle-like pain in the testicle?

or is this commonly a symptom of some other type of infection, such as epididymitis or varicocele (sp.)?

also, is a hard-feeling testicle a symptom of any other type of infection?

thanks.

hmmm, so no takers?

anyone with testicular cancer recall it being a pain in the testicle or just the "heaviness" that is commonly referred to?

Re: testicular cancer v. some other type of infection

I believe that a painless lump is usually associated with testicular cancer. I had a varicocele for 7 years at that thing could be friggin painful at times. I had some surgery recently and the mass has gone away almost enturely so far. Go see a urologist dude.
