Please go to the doctors !! It could be something minor, however it could be something very serious. My son's 17 year old friend was just diagnosed with this cancer. Let us know what you find out.

He went for a annual physical and came home with this diagnoses.

Don't be scared, but that's how mine started 15 yrs. ago.Left one swollen, didn't hurt, but I had extremely severe lower back pain. It was a tumor pressing on my nerves. I had tumors throught my abdomen, lungs, liver, and lymph nodes. 3 more months, and I would have been dead. I'm not telling you this to scare you, but to tell you that it is VERY, VERY treatable. Here I am, 15 yrs. later, at 45. Have faith, and get to the doc..Best to you, you will beat it!!

I'm gonna have to agree with Jim, very serious matter if not detected in time. Like Jim said, it is very treatable if caught in time. My AFP was very high at just under 7,000. Another month it may have been too late. It seems to have a half life of 5 to 7 days (AFP).
I had a real heavy feeling in the testicle with lower abdominal and low same side back pain. I let it go too long if you ask me (2-3 months). I was just afraid of them taking another one out to be honest. How old are you?

Sounds like my son eight years ago, he had surgery, no other treatment. Has had no reoccurance and is cancer free today. Go to your doctor NOW.

One of my best friends was diagnosed with testicular cancer 25 years ago. ( he was 23 at the time). He suffered with terrible back ache but was to scared / embarrased to mention his testicles ( He admitted this later). When it was eventually found he had chemo and a testicle removed. Today he is a happy healthy cancer free 48 year old.

On the flip side my own father ignored his symptoms at 67 years old till it was too late. He was eventually diagnosed with bladder cancer but was too weak for treatment and sadly died two years ago.

PLEASE DO GO TO THE DOCTORS - WHATS A LITTLE EMBARRASMENT FOR 10 MINS - YOU COULD BE WORRYING OVER NOTHING OR SAVING YOUR LIFE.
