Re: where does testicular cancer occur ?

testicular ca is a lump or bump felt anywhere directly on the surface of your teste,in the beginning stage. as it grows your teste will start to enlarge and feel very hard, not spongy like normal. and yes the epididymis can feel very lumpy . matteo

Generally in the area of your crotch. If you think you might have it talk to a doc man.

Re: where does testicular cancer occur ?

okay,
but supposing you have a little hard lump on the
testicle than it is 100 % cancer right ?
when you feel such a lump you know for whom the bell
tolls right ?
this is very scary cause it can happen to all of us.

Re: where does testicular cancer occur ?

No, a lump or bump does not automatically mean you have cancer. It could be a harmless cyst or something alone those lines. Don't get paraniod over this. If you have a lump, have it checked out to make sure.

Re: where does testicular cancer occur ?

You can probably get cancer anywhere in your body although certain parts are more suseptible.

BTW. you mean Epididymis not epidermis (which is your skin)

Re: where does testicular cancer occur ?

Most testicular cancer occurs from age 14-35. Most cancers are described as feeling like a rock inside a marshmallow, though many different forms exist that feel different. Most masses on the outside of the testicle aren't cancer , they're cysts, varicoceles(abnormal veins) or hernias. If there is anything on one testicle that feels or looks different from the other one, get it checked out. It's very curable if you catch it early.
