Re: where does testicular cancer occur ?
Most testicular cancer occurs from age 14-35. Most cancers are described as feeling like a rock inside a marshmallow, though many different forms exist that feel different. Most masses on the outside of the testicle aren't cancer , they're cysts, varicoceles(abnormal veins) or hernias. If there is anything on one testicle that feels or looks different from the other one, get it checked out. It's very curable if you catch it early.
