I am only 14.5yrs old.
(left testicle)
well, you know the tube on the back of the testicle, it goes down to the bottom of the testicle, well mine goes right down to the bottom, and kinda curves a little bit to the front, but I don't think if it is attached to the testicle, at the front.
Well, this tube seems bigger at the bottom, and its kinda bigger. It feels very wormy and it feels like there is a lump on the tubes themselve, it is too sensitive and very tender that I can't touch it or put pressure on it for more than 2 seconds to get an exact shape name. but it's like a big tube. it's more left of the testicle rather than the exact middle.
I think it's attatched to the testicle and the tube(s)?
I may be worrying for nothing, but I am very paranoid.
I have kinda the same thing on the right testicle, but more in the middle, I'm not sure if it is both sides.
I am very worried and I already suffer from Acid reflux !!

I am very paranoid and worried and it makes me cry worrying.

I am very scared and I am too embarrassed,shy etc to tell my doctor and parents.
What do you think?cancer or no?

Tell your parent you feel most comfortable with, to get it checked out. Cancer tumor is usually a hard mass, but the key is to catch it early.

It sounds like a varicocele, which is an inflammation of one of the tubes in your testicle. Google "varicocele" and see if your symptoms match.

It's probably not cancer, which is far more common in adults.
Before adulthood, your risk of testicular cancer is 0.05-2 in 100000.
So the odds are not nil, but they're certainly in your favor.
Varicoceles are far more common (although they also occur more commonly in adults than in kids); my husband has one, and he was also afraid it was testicular cancer at first, until he went to the doctor.

You probably need to go to the doctor too.
Just suck it up and notify your parents that you've noticed a lump in your testicle. If they start prying for information, just tell them that it makes you uncomfortable and embarrassed to discuss it with them, that it took all your courage and maturity just to tell them this much, and that you feel you need to see a doctor as soon as possible, to have it examined.
