In Nov 2010 a women performed oral sex on me and she sucked on my right testicle and i clearly remembering pushing her away saying ouch.

2 days later i masturbated and I had blood mixed in with my semen so I mastered a couple more times and then it was clear after the 3rd time through out the day.

I went in to the E.R. to be safe and they did a ultra sound on my testicle and the Dr. Said he did not find any signs of cysts or cancer but he believed a sperm duct or a vein may have been bruised. He described it as a suction effect, I asked could this cause cancer later on and he said no.

Now months after if I masturbate more than 2-3 times in one day my right tesitcle seems to have a dull ache

I did a self examination and did not feel any type of lumps but on the very top of the testicle next to the epididymis I can feel like a small bump probably but its so small and when I do the same on the left testicle I can feel the same thing just not as big.

So I was wondering could the small bump pop up because the epididymis is inflamed when I masturbate too much?

I think my sperm ducts in my right testicle seem to get infected but could this trauma to the testicle cause this for the rest of my life?

Im not in any super pain, just a dull ache . I have had a ultrasound and the Dr confirmed I dont have anything to worry about.

So whats your advice
