In 2002 i found a lump on my testicles, i knew about this testicular cancer thing from school but i didn't do or say anything about it!, i was too embarrased, so a couple months later i started feeling aches in my groin (my testicles) area when i walk atleast 30 mins, but ignored it. so anyways its 9yrs later and now the tip of my penis is blue, my testicles feel cold and i cant feel the pee coming out when i urinate. i don't feel any pain or sickness at all from this. any info would be greatly appreciated thanks.

hi, i too am a newbie to the forum, and i am trying to find my way around, i have been getting pains in my testicles also my penis is painful, like a burning sensation. the top part of my penis, where the helmet part splayes out is also blue/purple in colour i am 66yrs old i had a major stroke 4yrs ago which left me paralised down my left side so you see i am in a sorry state i went from a very energetic life and soul of the party and a well established decorator/builder in my area a buisness i built up over 30yrs. i now sit and watch my wife do all the jobs around the house and garden. i am now feeling so useless/helpless and good for nothing, regards dunwack.

This does not sound like testicular cancer or anything related to it. However, I would contact a urologist and make your way in ASAP as I don't know why the tip would be blue except for lack of circulation. If that is the case, I would visit the ER.
