| very small lump on left testicle
hello there.
I am currently suffering from a yeast infection which seems to be clearing up thanks to anti fungal cream but lately I have felt a very tiny pimple like bump on my left testicle. it is very small and can only be felt with my finger nails as when i just rub my index finger and thumb over it i do not feel it. was wondering if this is cancerous or benign? I have been confused by this in the past thought i felt a lump when it turned out to be just a vein. I have had no pain or symptoms the only pain i get is if i squeeze to hard when i am trying to find it again as we all know the testicles do hurt if hit or squeezed hard.
