No I'm not smoker. Last time I visited dentist, he said that my throat is normal. I'm going to visit him again for about a few days. I'll keep you posted.
I got same problem. Anyone know what is this? (look picure down)
No pain, just small feeling that you have something in throat.
Mss1988, how did you solve your problem?
It isn't throat cancer. Everything is alright with me
Robertsu, if you problem persist more than two weeks, then you should see the doctor. In the meantime try to intense your oral hygiene, maybe it could solve your problem
ive had a similar problem...i'd get sore throats...but just attributed it to smoking cigarettes....but i've since quit smoking. its been about 2 months...but i still get an irritated throat. it gets red....and just feels stressed.....It feels like I've been talking loud, for a long time...even when I dont say a word lol My next thought would be its due to my sinuses, which it may be...but I dont feel like I have a sinus drip....My throat and esophagus feel dry. I've not gone to the doctor yet to get it checked out, plan on doing that sometime soon tho
Sometimes a red throat is related to gastro issues. Ask to first see a ENT to have your throat visually scoped. It could be Larygopharyngeal Relfux (LPR) or silent acid reflux, which is often misdiagnoised as sinus or allergy issues. Then see a GI Dr if it is acid vapor/gas rising from the stomach (due to the sphincters (UES & LES) not tightening enough to close off the stomach. This is what happened to me. It took 5 months to diagnois and endless bottles of PPIs, a fundoplication surgery that made me come out ten times worse. I stumbled onto Vit D3 drops and fish oil, which I suspect strengthened my spinchters muscles and is healing my vegal nerve. I have had a great deal of improvment on my self treatment. No Dr was able to help me and I suffered quite a bit before I found some relief from Larygopharyngeal Reflux.
