| Worried to the core, what could this be?
For the past few months I have had this lump in my throat sensation. I gets worse around my menstrual cycle, but it happens when not on cycle. The feeling comes and goes, but it really comes when lying in certain positions or when sitting for long period of time. I don't have any bulges in my neck, sore throat or trouble swallowing. This sensation is not painful just irritating. I have had oral sex, but that was years ago, but I am worried that I may have contracted HPV and developed throat cancer. I have an appointment to see my doctor but I am nervous.
