I'm 20 years old, and in August '08 I was diagnosed with Thyroid Cancer and had my whole thyroid and most of the lymph nodes surrounding it removed. I have had a Radioactive Iodine treatment in Nov '08 in which they found a nodule on my adrenal gland. A CT scan in Feb '09 confirmed the nodule to be gone. As of right now, I have a prescription of 200 mcg of Synthroid each day. My levels are still around 7, after 9 months my levels are still not correct (need to be at zero). I was wondering if this is normal for it to take this long to get my levels to be OK. My doctor only ups my dosage 25-50 mcg each time.
