Thyroid Cancer and Allergies
I had my thyroid removed 6 years ago and have been on thyroid tablets since then. I have developed severe food allergies which seemed to correspond with having my thyroid removed. When I eat something I am allergic to my mouth swells and gets sore and i develop and headache and feel sick.Have you heard of this before? I would appreciate your opinion as this is bnearly driving me crazy.

I don't know that it's from thyroid cancer. I have developed allergies I never had after my third pregnancy. I spoke to an allergist, he said your allergies can change throughout your life.

See an Allergist Immunologist.

Get checked for Celiac Disease and Food allergies.
