9 years after thyroid cancer - small lymph node found in neck??

Hello,

Do I have anything to worry about??

Nine years after thyroid removed due to papillary cancer, an ultrasound has detected a small lymph node on the left side of my neck. It measures 1.3 x .8 x .2 cm in size. My endo told me that this was small and long which indicates benign. We are doing another ultrasound in two months.

I am just a nervous wreck. Any input?
