Not sure. But I do know that you have to look at the packaging because a LOT of chicken is injected. If so, it's probably with chicken broth which usually has a LOT of sodium/iodine. Though you never can tell. So make sure that if you get chicken, that you get the all natural kind and not the kind that is injected. I'm on the low iodine diet now, and boy was it a search to find chicken that wasn't injected! Very good luck!
