Thyroid

here is my thyroid
right lobe measurement 7.7 x 3.4 x 2.9 cm
left lobe measurement 7.3 x 3.8 x 3 cm
Isthmus has an AP dimension of 1.9 cm
there are multiple bilateral nonspecific thyroid gland nodules
Dominant nodule within the right lobe is in the lower pole measuring 2.6cm and appears predominantly solid. there are many more nodules. Blood levels are perfect. here is my question. WHAT WOULD YOU DO???
Surgery is an option or would you leave it and just watch????
it has expanded in the last 6 months.
