can radioactive dye from CTA and angiogram cause thyroid cancer?

I have brain aneurysms, unruptured and untreated so far, and have had 2 CTA's with radioactive dye and an angiogram also with radioactive dye into the brain, in the last 1.5 years. I have had multinodular goiter for at least 12 years and just had it checked after many years because I now have symptoms similar to those I've read on this site. (I don't like going to doctors). Is there a chance all those tests irritated my thyroid and it's causing me problems now? ENT said come back in a year saying my symptoms weren't caused by thyroid, he didn't even listen to what my symptoms were! He didn't look at my tests or care what FNA results were 12 years ago (inconclusive) so I never went back. He didn't seem to care, period. I have 7+ solid nodules largest is 2cm, 1 has calcification and my isthmus is enlarged. I know it's quite common and I'm not worried, just curious. Any help or info would be greatly appreciated!
